Element Residences
A boutique collection of six luxury apartments in the heart of Paradise Point, Element Residences delivers a refined coastal living experience in one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after pockets.
Designed by MiDesign Studio, my involvement began at the commencement of construction in October 2025, working closely with Pacific Project Consultants Pty Ltd to guide and elevate the project through its delivery phase.
While the architectural intent was established, my role focused on refining and enhancing the overall aesthetic - both externally and internally. Subtle façade adjustments, combined with a strong direction across selections, finishes, and landscaping, ensured a cohesive and elevated outcome aligned with the premium Paradise Point market.
Internally, layouts were carefully reviewed and enhanced to improve flow, functionality, and liveability, particularly tailored to the expectations of high-end buyers in this location.
The development comprises six residences, including two penthouses with private pools, alongside a shared resident pool. A considered material palette of warm woodgrains, Taj Mahal stone, travertine, and bronze & brass detailing is paired with premium inclusions such as Miele appliances - delivering a layered, coastal luxury aesthetic throughout.
The result is a highly resolved, market-responsive development that balances design integrity with commercial appeal.
