A refined riverfront renovation, the Potts Residence reimagines apartment living through warmth, flow, and connection. Originally constrained by a disjointed layout, the home has been completely transformed to better engage with its river outlook and support a more relaxed, intuitive way of living.
The kitchen was repositioned to anchor the home, opening seamlessly to the living spaces and balcony - enhancing both functionality and connection to the outdoors. A layered palette of natural travertine, warm timber veneers, and herringbone flooring brings a sense of quiet luxury, complemented by soft, tonal finishes throughout.
Delivered in collaboration with Homes by Holmes (completed Nov 2024), my role focused on spatial planning, design direction, and selections, working closely with the clients throughout. Furnishings were realized alongside David James – Studio James, building on the established design vision.
The result is a calm, elevated home - tailored for a new chapter of living.
