 Positioned along the Coomera River at Paradise Point, ‘Mora’ is a boutique residential development defined by its outlook and connection to the water. My involvement was introduced during the later stages of the project, working closely with Pacific Project Consultants Pty Ltd to refine and elevate the interior direction.

While the overall building design was designed by RAUNIK, the opportunity arose to reimagine the penthouse layout - relocating the kitchen toward the balcony to maximise views and strengthen the connection to the river. This move also allowed for the introduction of a dedicated bar and open cellar, designed as a feature within the living space, with flexibility to enclose in the future.

The reconfigured penthouse was met with immediate market success, securing a sale upon release at a record result for the development - reflecting the value of thoughtful planning and strong connection to place.

Finishes were developed collaboratively, refining the builder’s initial selections into a cohesive and resolved palette that complements the natural surroundings.

The result is a considered, lifestyle-driven residence - where planning and materiality work together to celebrate its exceptional waterfront position.
